Crépuscule de la Reine. Her nature is dominion. An avaricious Witch who desires endless power and influence. This Witch’s main body is actually separate from her larva-shaped legs, and the real body protected by a hard outer shell only rarely reveals its true form. Her Labyrinth is immense enough to cover an entire country, and the populace trapped within it remain none the wiser. The Witch feeds on the grief, terror and other negative emotions of the populace swallowed by her Labyrinth’s darkness, and expands her power and territory to become an ever-mightier Witch within an ever-larger Labyrinth.

Crépuscule de la Reine. Nature: Domination
A greedy Witch with a bottomless hunger for power. Its larva-like legs are not of its true form, which is protected by a hard shell and rarely seen. It possesses a tremendous Labyrinth which can envelope an entire nation, and the poor souls trapped within it will be none the wiser. It feeds on negative emotions such as the grief and fear of those swallowed by the darkness, thereby expanding its strength and domain for the greater Labyrinth and, ultimately, a more powerful self.
Crépuscule de la Reine. Nature: Domination
A greedy Witch with a bottomless hunger for power. The Witch's true form was revealed after shattering its own hard shell to confront "La Pucelle (The Irregular)." Upon defeating its only natural enemy, an age of darkness will begin as the world falls to the dark.
Crépuscule de La Reine as she appears in Magia Record
"The Doppel of dominion. Its form is Queen’s Twilight. The master of this emotion seeks dominion and influence ad infinitum, for as long as she exists. The curses scattered by this Doppel are themselves a death-bringing darkness to all other humans, and if bathed in these curses, those without a resistance to them will instantly vanish from existence. The joy its master derives from this sight is synonymous with purification to her. The more her surroundings are stained with despair and darkness, the brighter her Soul Gem’s rhapsodic light shines."
Crépuscule de la Reine appears in Magia Record as both a boss enemy and as Isabeau's Doppel attack. She also appears as Isabeau de Bavière (Witch ver.), taking the form she does in the manga.

She is one of the few Witches whose real name is the same as when she was still a Magical Girl.
Her true name, Isabeau, means "God's promise".
Taking a close look at the Witch's larva form in Magia Exedra shows that the "shell" or "castle wall" is depicted as a Tarte aux Figues (French fig tart), which is a French delicacy. It may also might be a metaphor of Tart, the Witch's natural enemy.
Fig's symbolism (flower language) can mean "argument", "longevity" and "prolificness", which actually relates to Isabeau herself and her daughters.
Considering depictions before her second form reveal in Magia Record Event and Magia Exedra's Main Story, Isabeau's remained human body had a furious and/or shocked expression right after Minou collapses from Tart's attack. This could be interpreted as the fact Isabeau still has a love for her youngest daughter, even during her witch state.
Moreover, the evolved form of Isabeau mainly uses gigantic seal as a weapon, which is also a weapon her youngest daughter uses when turning their magical girl servants as witches.
Isabeau is the fourth Final Boss of Magia Exedra with a finisher move after Walpurgisnacht, Shitori Egumo and Homulilly, with Isabeau's remained human vessel controlling the witch.
Isabeau's remained human vessel doesn't have any changes in both Battle and Nightmare mode, while the witch herself having drastic differences like extra red outlinings and dark color palettes.

↑Even though her official and real name is Isabeau, her article on the wiki is called Crépuscule de la Reine for easier distinction from her human identity.
