Magia Archive Volume 4
Magia Record: Puella Magi Madoka Magica Side Story Magia Archive Volume 4 is a guidebook featuring Magia Record. It contains the profiles of the remaining magical girls, Doppels and Witches featured in the game as well as interviews with the staff of the game. The 246 page paperback book was published by Houbunsha.

Puella Magi
This 145-page section features 44 magical girls. The following info is listed for each magical girl: school, origin, age and school level, height, weapon, magical ability, and soul gem's location. The name of the illustrator and seiyuu of each magical girl is credited as well. Sketches along with commentary is also available. Select magical girls also have their doppel featured.

This section contains 28 Doppels, 26 from Puella Magi without Doppels in the Magia Archives 1 and 2, and 2 Doppel enemies within the game.

Errors
- A division of Winchester erroneously uses the Form and Nature of 10^-43.
- The pictures for Sarah Mirabilis W and the Winchester division are also switched places.
- The runic R (R) is used for Маруся instead of the runic Я (R). However this might also be due to the fact that the runic R (R) is used in game for Маруся.
Trivia
- Eckert, Martina and the Bovine Witch were given full descriptions that were not seen anywhere else, with the Bovine Witch given the name "Asiphae".
- The house-like form assumed by 10^-43 during a cutscene in Puella Historia is included in the archive and is considered as the main body.
- There are no comments from Gekidan Inu Curry regarding Doppels and Witches.
- Witches made during Alina's Atelier don't have their Nature given, and they have the same descriptions as the ones depicted in their Memorias.
