Destiny Alteration: Known as "Future Guidance", Mel had the unique ability to alter the future with her personal reading of Tarot so it would match her predictions.
Wind Manipulation: Mel had the power to create wind cyclones with her attack Dark Arcana.
Electric Manipulation: Mel had the power to create electrical storms with her attack Dark Arcana.

Flight: Etteilla hovers above the ground by barely holding her entire weight on her index finger, being able to float effortlessly through the air.

Internal Damage: Kanae had the unique ability to damage opponents from the inside with her magic (probably with vibrations).
Illusion Clones: It seems that Kanae had learned to use her magic to make copies of herself while fighting. This power seems to be something that many Magical Girls can learn.

Doppel:

Flight: Due to its hummingbird-like body, Kanae's Doppel is able to fly with its wings.
Sound Manipulation: Gibdaughter is able to align the pitch of its singing voice to resonate with any object until it shatters.

Soul of Language/Power of Words (Action Manipulation): It's said that Ruri's unique magic was the same as Temari's. This means that, like Temari, Ruri's magic helped her to control, directly or indirectly, others through her words, both the ones she said or the ones she wrote.

Presence: She appears in the dreams of others as a premonition, correlated to her Witch’s Labyrinth and an associated location (the water park).
Coordinator's Wardrobe: Despite (presumably) not being a Coordinator, or void-type, Manatsu was able to give Kyoko and Mami the power to alternate between their normal Magical Girl forms and their swimsuits. Manatsu herself didn't know what Coordinators were and Mitama, despite her training, was not able to achieve this.

Memory Imprinting: Atsuko could imprint memories into physical objects (like her diary, a park bench, a fish statue), making them viewable only by other Magical Girls. Even the contents of her diary were unreadable to normal people and always appeared blurry to them. This power acted as a warning system for future generations, preserving clues about a sealed Witch and the saboteur. The memories were location-locked, requiring the objects to be found, or inspected in specific locations, like the rooftop handrail, Lake Tono’s fish statue, etc.

Sealing / Barriers: Tamie’s magic was sealing-based, used to trap the powerful Witch in Lake Tono. This required immense energy, leaving her vulnerable to the saboteur Magical Girl who then copied her sealing ability, implying that it was also highly versatile.

Unique Magic Copying: An unnamed Magical Girl could copy other Magical Girls’ abilities. However, each copied power had a time limit, which Atsuko was able to exploit against her.
- Memory Imprinting: The saboteur set a trap in the fish statue at Lake Tono with Atsuko’s memory-storing magic. Kanagi even noted that this trap didn’t feel like Atsuko’s work.
- Sealing (Barriers): The saboteur copied Tamie's ability to create seals/barriers after Tamie was weakened from sealing the Witch in Lake Tono. This allowed the saboteur to also manipulate or break Atsuko's seals, possibly including the one trapping the Witch.
- Kazuyo's Combat Ability (Implied): Atsuko's and Tamie's friend, Kazuyo, was the one who initially fought off the saboteur Magical Girl on her own. It is implied she had a power related to combat which the saboteur then copied against her.
