Pink Kyubey is a variation on the normal Kyubey that first appeared in Magia Record Story Kamihama Cheese Panic!.
They are envoys of the Law of Cycles, which were utilized to accompany Nagisa to Kamihama City. It provides direct contact to the Law of Cycles, and it can be assumed to have been a direct connection device between Nagisa and Ultimate Madoka herself. Anomalous timelines and certain Barriers can disrupt the connection between the Pink Kyubey terminal and the Law of Cycles, so the Pink Kyubeys escorting Nagisa are unable to speak, as the Magia Record universe is out of the Law of Cycles' reach.
It has an inverted color scheme to Kyubey, with an overall pink body and white ear tips. Nagisa is shown blowing it up in front of the other Magical Girls, but later, other copies of it appeared in order to monitor and try to talk to her so they can convince her to return to the Law of Cycles.

Kamihama Cheese Panic!
Pink Kyubey materializes alongside Nagisa Momoe after she uses the Mirror Witch’s Barrier as a portal to Kamihama. Nagisa asks Pink Kyubey if they are in the correct city, but it remains silent. She prompts it multiple times with no response and jokingly threatens to turn it into mincemeat, but Pink Kyubey still shows no reaction. As Nagisa senses multiple Charlottes appearing across Kamihama, she dismisses the idea that her arrival caused the outbreak, and Pink Kyubey still offers no input, but it creeps closer to Nagisa when she mentions finding cheese to eat. Nagisa explicitly states that Pink Kyubey was sent by the Law of Cycles to observe her mission, and the two are engulfed in a Charlotte’s Barrier, which she fights off.
The Pink Incubator silently stares at Nagisa as she debates where to find extra-special cheese to celebrate her resurrection and it displays an exasperated look. Nagisa attempts to explain cheese’s merits to it but stops when she senses another Charlotte. Pink Kyubey follows Nagisa into the Barrier, observing her rescue of Kanoko Yayoi and their joint defeat of Charlotte. It then accompanies Nagisa to Walnuts, observing as Nagisa discusses Charlotte’s proliferation with Kanoko and Manaka Kurumi.
It, alongside Nagisa, Akira Shinobu, Kako Natsume, and Meiyui Chun are engulfed by Charlotte’s barrier. When Meiyui demands proof of Nagisa’s identity as the "Heavenly Messenger," Nagisa retrieves Pink Kyubey and presents it as evidence. Meiyui acknowledges its unique pink coloration and notes its color is not cheese-yellow but agrees to collaborate after confirming its existence for intelligence-gathering purposes.
The Kyubey observes Nagisa’s "Welcome to Kamihama Cheese Party!" strategy, a cheese fondue trap to lure Charlottes and it observes dozens of Charlottes converge on the park and engulf the group of Magical Girls in a barrier. After the Kamihama Magical Girls eliminate all Charlottes, Nagisa speculates that the Law of Cycles witnessed the battle through its eyes. Nagisa questions why the Law of Cycles sent her to Kamihama, directly asking Pink Kyubey if it chose its form to comfort her. Receiving no response, Nagisa deliberately destroys Pink Kyubey by blowing it into smithereens. She declares this an act of defiance against the Law of Cycles for her independence
Summer Pop Festival! ～Nagisa's HOT Summer Break～
Another Pink Kyubey also appears at the end of Summer Pop Festival! ～Nagisa's HOT Summer Break～. After the festival reopens and concludes, Nagisa Momoe speaks directly to Pink Kyubey. She acknowledges that she has to return to the Law of the Cycles, but before that she wants to see Mami for the last time.
Nagisa then visits Mami's apartment, where Mami affirms Nagisa’s positive impact, calling her a "Festival Witch" for enabling attendees to be themselves. Nagisa questions if she can remain in this world despite the Charlotte attacks, and Mami says that it obviously is so. Nagisa then decides that as long as she can defeat the Charlottes, good things can also happen, so there's no point in going back to the Law of Cycles.
Nagisa addresses the Pink Kyubey again and declares her intent to "act as she wants." She then destroys Pink Kyubey again and adds that "There might be a chance we meet again, but until then... farewell."
