Add at the top of a page to give a link a page that might be commonly confused with the current one.
Some usage examples:

{{Distinguish|[[Kuro]]|[[Kuroe]]}}
{{Distinguish|this|that|the other thing}}
The above examples would expand to:
Not to be confused with
Madoka Kaname.
Not to be confused with
Kuro and Kuroe.

this, that, and the other thing.
It supports up to 10 alternatives. Normally, each alternative should be a link.
