Emiri Kisaki reflects on her life. She was super bummed when the person she liked couldn't be closer. In a mood, she made a pact with Kyubey—a pact that was straight up bad news. But that is all old news. She is high-key happy now and rolls with a big squad of great friends.

After school, Emiri talks with a classmate about makeup. She forgets she is supposed to go to the counseling room. Akira texts her. Emiri arrives to find a long line of clients. An influencer has been hyping up the place online. They are overwhelmed. Akira suggests group sessions. Emiri gets an idea to start a livestreamed online counseling room.

A few days later, Emiri launches Emiri's Virtual Counseling Room. One week passes with no viewers. She is devastated. Hinano and Rika suggest she create social media accounts, ask clients to spread the word, and hand out business cards. Emiri takes their advice and continues streaming.

On one of her streams, a viewer named Eyerime asks how to get closer to a girl she admires. Emiri shares that she used to admire an older girl in her neighborhood. Flashback: Emiri was excluded from playing baseball with boys and was devastated. The older girl did her makeup and hair, opening up a world of cute and sparkly things. They spent time together until the older girl started high school and got a boyfriend, leaving Emiri behind. Emiri was heartbroken and made a wish to Kyubey to become just like her. But even after the wish was granted, the girl did not want to spend time with her. Emiri cried at first, but now she likes who she is and has made many new friends. Back to the stream, Emiri tells Eyerime to just go over and talk to the girl she admires.

One month later, Rika says Emiri's viewership is growing. Hinano teases her about her earlier moping. Emiri receives a flood of notifications—someone has posted compilation videos of her streams that are going viral. Hinano points out the poster did not have permission. They investigate and find a blog with obsessive posts about Emiri, including wishing their parents would divorce so they could be sisters. They realize the poster is Eyerime, who goes to Emiri's school.

The next day, Emiri messages Eyerime to meet up. Hinano and Rika insist on coming. Emiri reveals she knows Eyerime is the poster. Eyerime admits it and apologizes for posting without permission. Emiri asks her to become her streaming assistant. Eyerime accepts. Hinano is worried but agrees to keep an eye on things.

Later, Emiri and Eyerime start making videos together. Eyerime's ideas bring in many new viewers. Hinano lightens up after seeing them having fun.

One day, Emiri runs into the older girl from her childhood. The girl says Emiri seems more grown-up than she remembers. Emiri reflects that a lot has changed since she became a Magical Girl. She has created the counseling room, made friends with Akira, Hinano, and Rika, and is finding herself more and more every day. Nothing can stop her.
