Oscillating - Aquamarine Heel (振動する アクアマリンの踵 Shindousuru Akuamarin no Kakato) is the third Kimochi encountered. It embodies rage and it was found in Daitō Ward. Upon its first appearance, it summons Uwasa of the Chelation Land Ferris Wheel and its Familiars as its minions.

In Chapter 1, it is killed by Juri and Ao, but ultimately obtained by Juri, who then passes it to Yuna.
When Yuna takes ownership of 4 Kimochi stones in Chapter 7, they take over her body and make her go into a rampage. After the battle, it is briefly kept by Yuna but then surrendered and given to Hikaru, as Yuna vows to channel the rage it represents in a different way.
In Chapter 8, this Kimochi is given to Iroha, however in Chapter 9 she gives it to Yuna again as a sign of trust.
During Chapter 10, Yuna uses this Kimochi's power to enter Ao's mind alongside Juri and Hikaru. There, they spend 14 years raising Ao from being an infant in an attempt to free her from the Kimochi's influence and each her the feeling of fear once more.
In Chapter 11, all the factions unite to give their Kimochi stones to Iroha to expand the Doppel Barrier and later, during the fight against Winchester in Chapter 12, Iroha briefly gives Oscillating - Aquamarine Heel to Yuna again. After gathering them once more, Iroha's able to complete her fusion with Ui, Lil' Kyubey and the Kimochi, transforming into Infinite Iroha.
During Puella Historia, Oscillating - Aquamarine Heel's stone is tied to Toyo, and retrieved after Momoko, Rena and Kaede's mission in The Heiress of Yamatai is finished.
