There's a part at the end for unattributed stuff that I wasn't able to figure out, but overall it didn't seem too important to go back and check on solely for them. Feel free to displace them wherever they belong. I just put the entire text file here so that it's not worth only to me. If anyone has anything to say, please respond here and everything below the line can stay for the text, which anyone can edit in case they want they want to fix something.
