How is her Exedra/Reco wish different? The Exedra one just has a bit of a preamble, but it's not actually a part of her actual wish or anything. EPF (talk) 21:21, 12 June 2025 (UTC)

Agreed. Those are clearly the same wish. ~ Celtic Minstrel (talk) 02:04, 13 June 2025 (UTC)
There is a single word difference in the actual wish, but it doesn't seem like it changes the meaning. ~ Celtic Minstrel (talk) 02:08, 13 June 2025 (UTC)

School

Are we really sure she's definitely not at the same school? My memories of that event are fuzzy, but I recall my interpretation was that she moved somewhere closer to the school and thus hasn't transferred. Given that she's still depicted in the same uniform, that really makes more sense to me – why would they transfer her but not switch her uniform? Though of course that would be assuming the transfer was to known school… but still… it's weird. ~ Celtic Minstrel (talk) 03:52, 23 April 2026 (UTC)

There are a few key details that confirm they no longer attend the same school. First, in the early scenes of See You Tomorrow Part 1, the trio is explicitly shown together at school during break time, establishing that they all attended the same school at the start. However, when the move is later discussed, Mito’s mother clearly states: "I want to transfer you to a new school. Your current one will be too far away." This dialogue confirms a definitive change in her enrollment.
Furthermore, Reira’s MGS in Magia Exedra (Ep. 1) reinforces this separation. She mentions "Mito and her family moved out a while back. We still hang out together though, with Mito coming to the apartment complex, or us going to her place." If they still attended the same school, they would naturally have opportunities to meet on campus during breaks. The fact that Reira emphasizes traveling to each other's homes as their primary way to 'hang out' strongly implies that they no longer share a common school environment. Therefore, Mito being depicted in her old uniform is likely a visual inconsistency in the game's assets rather than an indication that she stayed at the school. Most of what you say makes sense, but I do disagree on one little point:

However, when the move is later discussed, Mito’s mother clearly states: "I want to transfer you to a new school. Your current one will be too far away." This dialogue confirms a definitive change in her enrollment.

I can't agree that this confirms a definitive change in her enrollment. It's fairly strong evidence, to be sure, but not completely definitive – the mother is stating her desire, which leaves open the possibility that Mito may have convinced her to change her mind. Now… that possibility remains low, as I would've expected them to make a bigger deal of it if she did, but… I don't think it's so low that it can be absolutely dismissed.
Still, when taken with your other argument about them visiting each other's homes, it does suggest that you are very likely correct about the transfer… and yet, retaining her old school uniform still stands as potential counter-evidence.
That said… I do wonder where she possibly could've moved that the old school was further. Her original school and home were pretty far apart already – I think nearly anywhere in Kamihama, other than maybe the easternmost reaches, would've been closer to the original school, not further away. So if the new home is even further away from the original school, it suggests that they actually moved to a different city (perhaps the city that some of the history trio commute from? or maybe Toyozuru?). And yet… Mito's role in the story seems to render that relatively unlikely? ~ Celtic Minstrel (talk) 05:52, 23 April 2026 (UTC)
https://exedra.wiki/wiki/Reira_Ibuki/Story/English#Episode_0:

Reira Ibuki: All right! School's officially over for the day.
Seika Kumi: Yep.
Reira Ibuki: Time for us to go and visit Mito!
Mito is our childhood friend. Growing up together in our apartment complex, you'd think we were joined at the hip!
But Mito and her family moved out a while back.
We still hang out together though, with Mito coming to the apartment complex, or us going to her place.

Yeah, I'd say that's probably actually stronger evidence than her mother's comment. It doesn't change that it's kinda strange though. ~ Celtic Minstrel (talk) 13:00, 23 April 2026 (UTC)
