Origin

What's all of the evidence for Tsubaki's city of origin? Currently it states that she was born in Yorugao and moved to Sazanka, where the dojo is located. But unless Yorugao and Sazanka are contiguous or adjacent, that seems to contract the photo of her and Ichika, where she wears the uniform of a school which according to the Schools page is in Yorugao. So, what are all the hard data points these conclusions are based on? ~ Celtic Minstrel (talk) 20:50, 25 October 2025 (UTC)

Magia Archive, profile section EPF (talk) 21:15, 25 October 2025 (UTC)
So this information is exclusively from the Magia Archive? Or is it hinted at in the game as well? If possible, I'd also like to see the actual quote(s) from Magia Archive that show this… ~ Celtic Minstrel (talk) 21:35, 25 October 2025 (UTC)
File:Tsubaki_01.png, left side. First row of the profile is her school, second is her cities. Neither the name of her school, "Yorugao", or her school's name, appear on Gan's Twitter profile. Maybe he included it in some image, but I don't really wanna wade through copious tons of big booba milfs he draws to find it. No hits for Yorugao in Tsubaki's MSS either. Sazanka is mentioned there, though. EPF (talk) 06:33, 26 October 2025 (UTC)
Okay, so in other words, Yorugao is only mentioned once in official sources, in the Magia Archive, and Sazanka is also only mentioned once in official sources, in her Magical Girl Side Story. Or, wait… maybe Sazanka is also mentioned in the Magia Archive? It does look like there's something along the lines of "moved to XYZ" there. The school line also seems to list two different schools. Just checking, but… is either of them mentioned in this image? Also, does either this image or the Magia Archive clarify that Seishin School Junior High School is, in fact, in Yorugao and not in Sazanka, or was that only assumed from seeing the two side-by-side? ~ Celtic Minstrel (talk) 15:18, 26 October 2025 (UTC)

Age rating

If the artworks in Tsubaki's gallery are 18+, then honestly a good chunk of Madoka Magica is. Which is a ridiculous statement, the anime is rated 13+ on most streaming platforms, MagiReco was Pegi7 on Play Store around until Holy Mami Anime ver.'s release, after which it was bumped to Pegi12. I've seen full frontal nudity in 12+ movies aired on public TV at like 8pm. EPF (talk) 07:58, 26 October 2025 (UTC)

Pedobait normalized as fan-service is unfortunately a big part of anime culture.. it's my least favorite part of this franchise because I have to explain how Episode 12 is actually non-sexual nudity while official staff members make stuff like this on the side. ~ Sweet Beanie (talk) 10:01, 26 October 2025 (UTC)
I can agree that all of those aren't good. I wouldn't say they're enough to raise the age rating though. (Also, while I hate Leila's outfit with a passion, it's technically not underwear.) ~ Celtic Minstrel (talk) 15:21, 26 October 2025 (UTC)
