Unmoving - Garnet Pinky (止まる ガーネットの小指 Tomaru Gaanetto no Koyubi) is the last Kimochi encountered. It embodies grief and it was found in Daitō Ward. It is the only Kimochi to not summon Uwasa as its minions.

After Ao accidentally kills Ryo Midori during a fight between Kamihama Magia Union and Promised Blood in Chapter 4, the Kimochi's Barrier appears due to feeling Ikumi's grief. It had initially refused to move from its hiding spot out of grief at being separated from its siblings. Both factions battle against it, but its power overwhelms them and Ui and Ikumi interpret its demand for "intense sorrow." Iroha taps into her Kimochi’s power, which allows Ikumi to land the final blow and collect its stone.
In Chapter 6, Ikumi sacrifices herself using Garnet Pinky’s power to destroy the offshoot Mirrors Witch. The stone is retrieved by Yuna after Ikumi’s death, who already had Oscillating - Aquamarine Heel in her possession.
In Chapter 7, Yuna is taken by 4 Kimochi she had collected, including Unmoving - Garnet Pinky. Iroha is able to convince the Kimochi to set her free, and afterwards, its stone is transferred to Kanagi as a peace offering from Yuna.
In Chapter 8, Kanagi joins Neo-Magius as she seeks to punish Kamihama's corrupt society by becoming a "common enemy" to unite humans. In Chapter 10, Kanagi abandons Neo-Magius, but she still retains the stone.
In Chapter 11, all the factions unite to give their Kimochi stones to Iroha to expand the Doppel Barrier and later, during the fight against Winchester in Chapter 12, Iroha briefly gives Unmoving - Garnet Pinky to Livia. After gathering them again, Iroha's able to complete her fusion with Ui, Lil' Kyubey and the Kimochi, transforming into Infinite Iroha.
During Puella Historia, Unmoving - Garnet Pinky's stone is tied to Heruka, and retrieved after Folklore of Zero's mission in The Rakshasi of Tibet is finished.
