Kimochi

• Assimilation: Kimochi merge with their owners by turning themselves into bracelets with their Kimochi stone engraved on them. Most of them only do so after they're defeated, but some of them choose to bond with individuals who resonate with their emotion. The Kimochi are able to communicate with their holders, and even make deals and negotiate with them. The Kimochi bracelets can be transferred to someone if the holder trusts the recipient with their life, though there are cases where they assimilate with someone else on their own accord, or even when they're taken by force, such as when Miyuri cut off Chiharu's hand.
  • Fusion: While possessing a Kimochi stone makes the holder more powerful, the Kimochi have their own agenda and free will, and thus will often try to corrupt or overtake their holders. When Kimochi merge with their owners, making them even stronger, they form armor, or accessories, such as mouth guards, eyewear, etc.
• Energy Beam: All Kimochi are able to generate energy beams, or projectiles, to attack with.
• Flight: The Kimochi are all able to achieve flight in some way, whether it be through their physical traits, such as the wings of Joyful - Sapphire Lips, or by simply levitating through the air like Obedient - Ruby Navel.
• Conceptual Barrier: As the Kimochi were formed from Eve's defeat, they are her crystallized emotions. Their barriers aren't usually accessible to others, with Unmoving - Garnet Pinky being hidden from the others until it encountered Ikumi's grief over Ryo's death. Collecting all eight grants someone control over the Doppel Barrier's conceptual space, and the Doppel Barrier itself. This conceptual space was what allowed Iroha to not fade from reality when she overused her Reversal magic, as she was still bound to that realm.
  • Mind Space: Kimochi can even create mind spaces within their users, in which the rules of reality, and the passage of time are up to them and they can even pull others into them. For example, Yuna, Juri and Hikaru spent 14 years in such a space in order to raise Ao from being a baby, who had her memories of her previous life temporarily wiped for the experience.

Joyful - Sapphire Lips

• Emotion: Joyful - Sapphire Lips embodies the emotion of ecstasy.
• Electricity: Joyful - Sapphire Lips often attacks by unleashing waves of electricity against its opponents.
• Uwasa: This Kimochi, before its first defeat, could summon the Uwasa of the Friendship Ending Staircase, as well as its Familiars.

Obedient - Ruby Navel

• Emotion: Obedient - Ruby Navel embodies the emotion of expectation.
• Tentacles: This Kimochi often attacks, and visibly influences its host by extending red, solid tentacles with thorns.
• Uwasa: This Kimochi, before its first defeat, could summon the Uwasa of the Memory Curator, as well as its Familiars.

Oscillating - Aquamarine Heel

• Emotion: Oscillating - Aquamarine Heel embodies the emotion of rage.
• Electricity: It is able to generate electricity through its pincers and upon being defeated, it bursts into flames.
• Uwasa: This Kimochi, before its first defeat, could summon the Uwasa of the Chelation Land Ferris Wheel, as well as its Familiars.

Falling - Turquoise Ear

• Emotion: Falling - Turquoise Ear embodies the emotion of disgust.
• Water Generation: This Kimochi takes the form similar to a fish, and accordingly creates water around itself to swim in, as well as attack.
• Uwasa: This Kimochi, before its first defeat, could summon the Uwasa of the Queen Bear, as well as its Familiars.

Beauteous - Pearl Eye

• Emotion: Beauteous - Pearl Eye embodies the emotion of wonder.
• Uwasa: This Kimochi, before its first defeat, could summon the Uwasa of the Misery Rhyton, as well as its Familiars.

Robust - Opal Head

• Emotion: Robust - Opal Head embodies the emotion of respect.
• Uwasa: This Kimochi, before its first defeat, could summon the Uwasa of the Flower Speaker, as well as its Familiars.

Drifting - Diamond Hair

• Emotion: Drifting - Diamond Hair embodies the emotion of terror.
• Uwasa: This Kimochi, before its first defeat, could summon the Uwasa of the Anonymous AI, as well as its Familiars.

Unmoving - Garnet Pinky

• Emotion: Unmoving - Garnet Pinky embodies the emotion of grief. It was also noted as being stronger than the other Kimochi.
• Liquid Generation: It is able to unleash a powerful stream of blue liquid from its "eye."
