A Melt Gem (メルトジェム) is an object used by Witch Girls who have returned to life through the Nazukasokotsune. As their original Magical Girl selves' Soul Gem is already broken when they're retrieved by Law of Cycles, the Melt Gem is formed as a cage to contain the soul of a Witch Girl.
