環視のドッペル。
その姿は、複眼。
この感情の主は、周りの目を気にする気性のせいで、自身のドッペルを恐れている。多くの目を持つこのドッペルは、まさに衆目の権化。人の姿がない時は鮮やかな花畑の姿をしているが、その姿に誘われて足を踏み入れた者は、瞬間に無数の視線で射貫かれて身動きが取れなくなってしまう。そのまま見られ続けると、忘れていた自責の出来事が頭を満たしてゆき、自己否定しかできなくなってしまう。ただ、無数の目玉は仲が悪くケンカを始めてしまうので、逃げる隙が生じる上に、主自身が怖くなってドッペルを止めてしまうので、助かる者は意外と多い。

Mitsuru's unique magic is Unconscious Evasion. This ability ensures her safety by allowing her to evade attacks from enemies, whether magical girls or witches, and avoid generally dangerous situations that would typically endanger others. Thanks to this power, Mitsuru survives perilous circumstances that most magical girls could not. In combat, she can generate flames from her baton to strike opponents and she also achieves flight by spinning her baton like a helicopter.
Her Doppel, Frederica, exerts mind control over those who meet its gaze, rendering them immobile and forcing them to confront forgotten moments of self-doubt. It attacks by releasing powerful energy beams from its many eyes.
Etymology
- The characters in her last name mean "Italy / that one" (伊) and "rival / equal" (並) respectively.
- The character in her first name means "fullness / satisfy" (満).
Trivia
- Frederica's name could come from the novel Frederica.
- In the novel, the character Frederica Meriville has long been taking care of her younger siblings since her parents' deaths. This parallels with Mitsuru, who acts as a caretaker to Ao.
- According to Magia Archive Volume 3, Frederica's name is a common name in France.
- Her Doppel greatly resembles the unnamed "jack-in-the-box" Witch from Suzune Magica.
- The flowers underneath her Doppel are the cornflower, daisy and poppy flowers, which, according to Magia Archive Volume 3, are the signature flowers of France.
- She is currently the third oldest magical girl in the series, after Isabeau and Pernelle.
- Her illustrator, Aratamai, is the artist for Mami Tomoe's Everyday Life.
