Urara Yume is the one of the original characters of the 2017 mobile game Puella Magi Madoka Magica Side Story: Magia Record. She is a member of Folklore of Zero, infiltrated in Promised Blood.

She is a positive, hard-working Magical Girl who works for the Promised Blood faction. She tries her best to be helpful to those around her, but her hard-working attitude is well-liked by those around her. She is blessed with a talent for street art and was a professional performer in her hometown.
Doppel Description
The Doppel of camaraderie. Its form is a wooden doll. The master of this emotion is delighted at how her Doppel performs together with her, but also suspects that she herself may be being manipulated. This Doppel’s excellent communication skills allow it to not only interact with various people besides its master, but to captivate and befriend absolutely anyone with its comical movements. However, that friendship is proof that they’ve been bewitched by the Doppel and made easy to manipulate. Harm has apparently befallen those who befriended the Doppel in practice– being crushed by a cigar box while juggling together, for instance.

- The characters of her last name mean "existence" (有) and "love" (愛) respectively.
- Together they mean "affectionate".

- Urara's soul gem resembles her weapon, a Diabolo.
- "Vlastenské" is a Czech word that means "patriotic".
- The Vlastenské Theatre ("patriotic theatre") is a theatre in Prague, and was the first to feature exclusively Czech-language plays. During its relatively short existence, it went by many names and changed buildings several times.
- Her and Rumor Tsuruno (NA) both share similar doppels. Specifically both being the Doppel of Camaraderie.
