Mugendai Iroha-chan is a version of Iroha Tamaki that debuted in the mobile game Puella Magi Madoka Magica Side Story: Magia Record, during it's Kamihama Multiverse Detective: Iroha Tamaki's Case File event. She is supposed to represent Infinite Iroha as seen in Magia Report.
