Infinity Iroha-chan is a version of Iroha Tamaki that debuted in the mobile game Puella Magi Madoka Magica Side Story: Magia Record, during it's Kamihama Multiverse Detective: Iroha Tamaki's Case File event. She is supposed to represent Infinite Iroha as seen in Magia Report.

Summary
A magical girl with infinite possibilities, merged together by parallel universe Irohas through serial connection. They'll solve the troubles that arise in each world by creating various distortions that transcend dimensional barriers due to the instability of their existence. It seems that the number of Irohas always differs by some before and after the merger, so they've decided to take a roll call next time.
