It should be added that Tatsuya can see her while their parents think of her as imaginary friend.
- He cannot see her, only remembered her.Saluki.N 22:08, 29 June 2011 (UTC)
- He draws her in her magical girl outfit, which he had never seen before Madoka reset the world. He probably both remembers and has seen her since her ascension. --CrownClown 22:28, 29 June 2011 (UTC)
- I wonder if Madoka visits Tatsuya whenever she can, it would be like her if she did. --Mutopis 23:53, 29 June 2011 (UTC)

Madoka's Birthday: October 3
I wasnt very familiar with the fan obsession with celebrating anime characters' birthdays until a few years ago. I still find the whole notion weird, then again if I found out when Kyouko's birthday was I would celebrate by gorging into a buffet until I die to commemorate my favorite character... --Mutopis 19:59, 2 October 2011 (UTC)
Madoka Voice Actress Announces Solo Singing Debut
Madoka Voice Actress Announces Solo Singing Debut: She explains that March 27th is her 20th birthday, so as an adult (you can smoke, drink, and vote at age 20 in Japan) she's excited to try something new. FlyingDog invited her to make a CD and she's currently recording. The result will be a March 28th mini-album release. --Mutopis 10:58, 28 December 2011 (UTC)

Aoi Yūki Draws Co-Stars' Phones as Moe Characters. Not really madoka related, I just thought it was cute. --Mutopis 15:33, 25 January 2012 (UTC)
Tidying up and organising
Hey guys, it's been bothering me for some time that the character pages are a little chaotic, especially since people kept adding info to existing sections. Some parts of it need to be updated too. There's a similar effort over at Mami's page, so I'm (and probably CrownClown) are probably going to use that as a template to make edits here.--AMbeforenoon 13:47, 2 December 2012 (UTC)
- Yeah, I've started on this page a bit already, but it could use a lot more work once Mami's page is finished. --CrownClown 21:39, 2 December 2012 (UTC)

Whats going on?
As the title says, I am confused. What is going on? I'm scared. PureChaos (talk) 22:23, 17 August 2023 (UTC)
- I was just about to ask about this, I'm so confused too.
Ramune (talk) 22:26, 17 August 2023 (UTC)
- It definitely doesn't seem right for the primary Madoka page to focus on specifically the Magia Record version of Madoka, which appears to be the direction this is going in. And the version of Madoka seen in the original anime is definitely not Ultimate Madoka as the blurb at the top suggests (final episode excepted, obviously). ~ Celtic Minstrel (talk) 23:19, 17 August 2023 (UTC)
- I don't know. It is true that the pages were messy before, and cleaning it up in some way seems like a good thing. Whether this way makes sense, I'm less sure of. ~ Celtic Minstrel (talk) 00:49, 18 August 2023 (UTC)
- I reverted the page moves (except for the one for Neo Dorothy because it makes sense). It doesn't make sense to essentially archive the original Madoka page and have it focus solely on the Magia Record game when this wiki was meant to encompass the entire franchise. This isn't the "magireco.fandom.com/wiki" which IS only focused on the Magia Record game. This is the "Puella Magi Wiki". It's meant to have pages on each spin-off, game, and anime. Staff!?
Calling her bow a staff seems pretty questionable to me, especially if the sole reasoning is based on one little mention in a game skill tree. ~ Celtic Minstrel (talk) 00:34, 19 October 2024 (UTC)
- I had originally put it in as a bow and a staff, but it seems like her weapon can just change form? I'm not quite sure. I think its worth mentioning the staff, but I don't honestly mind whichever format for it we use. Amaterasu (talk) 12:18, 21 October 2024 (UTC)
- Has Madoka ever been shown transforming her bow into a staff? Technically speaking, a bow is composed of a "staff" and a "string", so you could probably clobber someone with it. Even if she uses it like a staff on occasion, if it doesn't actually change form, I wouldn't consider it to be a staff. And if it does change form, then I'd consider it to be just a secondary weapon, like Iroha's dagger – maybe not even worth mentioning in the summary box and only relegated to a note in the powers section. ~ Celtic Minstrel (talk) 01:25, 22 October 2024 (UTC)
Infobox Images
To be honest, I really dont like how the original show characters just have concept art in their infoboxes. I mean look at Magireco characters, when we can, we use full body art of their magical girl forms, so why dont we for the most popular characters????? I tried looking for images before and found ones from Madoka Mobcast but theyre pretty underwhelming.
I found better art from crossovers, and even tho they look like theyre made by the same artists, I guess theyre already disqualified because of it. - TheresaFrog421 (talk) 21:40, 12 September 2025 (UTC)

- I think the infoboxes should be art directly related to the anime, not art from some random game, even if the artist is the same. But I think I can see why you'd consider the specific art chosen to be suboptimal. The ideal would probably to get some clean art of the final design, but that would require the existence of something like the Magia Archive dedicated solely to the original work (I'm not aware of any such thing?). The next best in my opinion would probably be to cut them out from somewhere near the end of their transformation sequences in the Beginnings and Eternal movies. Sure, those didn't appear in the actual anime on air, but the movies have the same story anyway, so I'd say that's pretty close. It might be difficult getting a good shot out of the transformation sequences though… plus, as far as I can see, Madoka didn't get a transformation sequence (unless I missed it). Another option might be to cut them out from the anime opening, but I'm not sure that's a decent enough pose to use here. ~ Celtic Minstrel (talk) 01:04, 13 September 2025 (UTC)
- The design being the same isn't really relevant; anyone could draw off the same design. I don't know about the art style and the artist, but either way, it doesn't seem correct to use art not from the anime to showcase a character in the anime, even if it looks the same. ~ Celtic Minstrel (talk) 21:21, 13 September 2025 (UTC)
- I agree with both stances. Using art not related to the anime would be easier, and they would look better so I really wouldnt mind them being used. But if we use only anime related art then the rebellion settei's would be best to cut out from imo.
- I'm pretty sure we have the not transformed looks of the girls already cut out too. My only issue is that you could still tell its production art, like the awkward poses of Madoka and Kyoko, while the collab renders arent like that. - TheresaFrog421 (talk) 11:52, 14 September 2025 (UTC)
- Yeah, those look good to me. For Madoka and Kyoko, there's always the option of taking the more dynamic pose instead of the awkward one… though that loses Madoka's face and Kyoko's hand. That's probably okay for Kyoko, but losing Madoka's face is probably bad. ~ Celtic Minstrel (talk) 18:54, 14 September 2025 (UTC)
