I knocked down as many Citation Neededs as I could, but there are still some left:

Yuna Kureha
Shizuka Tokime (the fact that she does not go to school)
Alexandra Kurusu (her age listed on the wiki, 16, is inconsistent with the grade she attends, High 2. We've had girls like Rika and Kokoro who are indeed one year younger than most of their classmates, but still, I couldn't have found anything on Sasha being 16)
Mikage Yakumo (evidence for her being an elementary schooler is easy to find, but not on her being 12 specifically. There is a conversation in her training event in which the age of 12 is directly mentioned, but only in conjunction with Mifuyu's and Yachiyo's age when they first used make-up)
Sudachi Sawa
Kuroe
Tsumugi Wakana
Hotori Yuzuki
Rion Yuzuki
Meguru Hibiki
Sakurako Hiiragi (her apparent age and grade)
Ashley Taylor

I managed to clear out the situation with Mikage and Sudachi, but others are still a huge mess...
