Oriko Magica Chapter 2: I'm Not Even Close to Crying

In the middle of the night, Kyoko sense a witch nearby. She leaves Yuma sleeping in their hotel room while she goes to fight the witch Cecil. While she is out, Oriko approaches Yuma and manipulates her into believing that Kyoko is in big danger. As Yuma is now, Oriko claims that she is cute but good for nothing at all. If Yuma wants to save Kyoko, Oriko tells her she should become a magical girl, too.

Kyoko is indeed having a hard fight, and is nearly killed when Cecil rips her arms and legs off. Kyoko is quickly rescued by a healing spell, without initially realizing how she survived, but Yuma quickly appears in front of her - as a magical girl. It turns out that Oriko also told Yuma that Kyoko is about to die. That's why she contracted - to prove her usefulness and save Kyoko. Kyoko is very angry that Yuma contracted despite Kyoko telling her not to. Kyoko is seen determined to get revenge on Oriko.

In the final pages, another girl is seen talking with Oriko on the phone while covered in blood, accepting some request.
