Gertrud

  • Flight: Gertrud can use her wings to fly around her labyrinth.
  • Life Steal: Gertrud can steal the life of anyone who enters her labyrinth.
  • Familiar Summoning: Gertrud can summon her familiars to fight opponents.

Anthony

  • Landscaping: Anthony can use their scissors to cut at both rose bushes and anyone who wanders into the labyrinth.
  • Wander: Anthony can wander into other witches' barriers, often causing Gertrud annoyance.

Adelbert

  • Flight: Adelbert can fly around the barrier.
  • Hindrance: The smaller Adelberts can become rose vines to entrap intruders.

Suleika

  • Darkness: Suleika's power in complete darkness is nearly unmatched.

Ulla

  • Darkness: Ulla gains immense power in the dark.
  • Shapeshifting: Ulla is able to shapeshift into whatever Suleika wishes.

H.N. Elly/Kirsten

  • Flight: H.N. Elly flies around her labyrinth with her wings and the help of Daniyyel and Jennifer.
  • Visualization: Elly can visualize the worst memories of anyone who is unlucky enough to be in her barrier.
  • Cartoons: Elly can cause anyone in her labyrinth to become "cartoons", having their bodies become temporarily malleable and stretchy.

Daniyyel and Jennifer

  • Flight: Daniyyel and Jennifer can fly around the labyrinth.
  • Weightlessness: Anything Daniyyel and Jennifer touch becomes as light as a feather, allowing them to transport or manipulate whatever they touch with ease.

Albertine

  • Familiar Creation: Albertine can draw an Anja to life to fight an opponent.
  • Cry: Albertine can cry in order to keep attacks from hitting her.
  • Shrink: Albertine's barrier shrinks down anyone who enters it, making Albertine appear gigantic.

Anja

  • Movement: Depending on her vehicle, Anja could be able to fly, drive or pilot a boat.
  • Ball Transmutation: Anja can turn any human inside Albertine's barrier into a bouncing ball, forcing them to bounce once for each lie they have ever uttered before they can revert to their human form.

Gisela

  • Movement: In both her Silver and Rust forms, Gisela can use her wheels to move around at high speeds.

Dora

  • Music: Dora can play music from her horns.
  • Transformation: While Gisela is in her Silver form, Dora can transform into a motorcycle wheel for movement and attacks.

Elsa Maria

  • Tree Growth: Elsa Maria can grow trees to keep attackers away.
  • Familiar Control: Elsa Maria can summon Sebastians to fight for her.
  • Snakes: After Elsa Maria is beheaded, twin snakes come out of her body in a last-ditch effort to kill the attacker.

Sebastian

  • Soul: Implied by Sebastian's familiar card, Sebastians are amalgamations of the souls of people Elsa Maria has killed in her labyrinth.
  • Elongation: Each Sebastian can stretch themself to great lengths to attack.

Uhrmann

  • Wish for Love: Uhrmann wishes to love and be loved, causing empathy from those who enter her labyrinth.
  • Hair Manipulation: Uhrmann attacks by extending and manipulating its mass of hair.

Bartels

  • Spin: As brainless creatures, Bartels are powerless to do anything except spin and attack.

Izabel

  • Art: Izabel creates art in her labyrinth and calls people into it in order to see her art. However, the art is plagiarized.
  • Familiar Summoning: Izabel can create familiars out of her archway to attack opponents.

Michaela

  • Stuffing: Michealas stuff the body parts of Izabel's victims into themselves and use them as their own.

Patricia

  • Spiderweb: Patricia creates spider's silk-like thread to suspend herself, control her familiars and she can even manipulate it to form hands with which she can grab others.
  • School: Patricia creates a school for herself and acts out a normal school day. She only attacks those who dare interrupt her.
  • Skirt Summon: Patricia can summon school supplies and Mathieus to attack her opponents.

Mathieu

  • School: Mathieus, controlled by Patricia, act out a normal school day.

Roberta

  • Flight: Roberta constantly stamps in rage within her cage, which levitates according to her will.
  • Fire Vulnerability: Both Roberta and her minions are highly flammable.

Gotz

  • Flight: The Gotz familiars are able to fly through their wings.
  • Attention-Seeking: They gather in flocks, acting foolishly to attract Roberta’s attention.

Walpurgisnacht

  • Flight: The witch continuously floats around upside-down laughing, being pulled along by her familiars.
  • Reality Warping: Walpurgisnacht possesses immense power to distort weight and friction around her, causing a giant storm to always form around her.
  • Magical Flames: She emits and exhales destructive, magical, multicolored fire which reduces everything in its path to dust. If she were to be turned upside-up, she would cause great destruction to the world.
  • Stage Transformation: Walpurgis is strong enough to not need a labyrinth, but her arrival is marked by a theatrical, carnival-like procession which transforms the environment into a stage-like atmosphere.
  • Conglomerate: She is an aggregation of countless witches, making her a “super-witch” with exponentially increased power. She also continuously absorbs witches around her, like a tornado gathering other tornados.

  • Flight: These clowns are generally harmless unless their procession is disrupted, in which case they fly and attack their opponents.
  • Echo: They're echoes of the forms of magical girls whose witches have been absorbed by Walpurgis.

Bluenose

  • Circus Troupe Leader: Known as “Bluenose,” they pull ropes connected to Walpurgisnacht, orchestrating the grand spectacle of her appearance. Their main function is to sustain the spectacle rather than engage in battle, so they're non-aggressive unless provoked.

Quitterie

  • Energy Balls: Quitterie continues a self-assigned mission of salvation even as a witch by attacking opponents with spheres of magical energy.

Familiars

  • Costumes: They're adorned in handcrafted costumes and are irresistibly adorable with the intent of disarming any aggression toward them.

Itzli

  • Memory Manipulation: Itzli's capable of summoning past witches and familiars from memory as hazy, film-grain manifestations to attack with. When summoning other witches and familiars, the energy expenditure is indicated by glowing bulbs on her head.
  • Galactic Memory: She's able to observe events and possibly retain memories across Homura’s time loops.
  • Observation: Itzli can monitor everything across the world by observing through clovers.
  • Gelatinous Body: She uses large hands grown from a gelatinous mass surrounding her brain to attack.
  • Aerial Arrow Attack: Upon death, she transforms into an arrow-like projectile, launching into the sky before crashing down.

Paola

  • Bouncing: Paola's capable of high-speed body slams by bouncing, though she usually clings to minions for survival in her oceanic barrier.

Bona

  • Buoyancy: Bonas keep themselves and Paola afloat on the water's surface, helping navigate the barrier’s endless ocean. However, they're vulnerable to puncturing due to their air-filled bodies.
  • Beach Ball Projectiles: They shoot beach balls that can disorient victims by flipping them upside down and leading them to drown.
  • Disguise: The familiars disguise themselves as inflatable rings on water.

Shaft

  • Rainbow Dream Emission: Shaft transforms into “oil-like rainbow dreams” that spread across the swamp, forming the essence of her barrier and supporting life for those inside. Victims trapped in her labyrinth survive only by inhaling these rainbow dreams.
  • Insomnia: She has an unsleeping body and unchanging time, existing in a timeless cycle within her barrier.

Shachiku

  • Life Sustainment: They provide air (likely rainbow dreams) to those within Shaft's labyrinth.
  • Resilience: Shachiku are composed of glass yet are very resilient.

Bovine Witch

  • Projection: The Bovine Witch uses decoy copies of its body, with her true body being the axe the decoys attacks with. Its body can also change shape to grab and restrain enemies.

The Different Story Witches

  • Flight: Several witches and familiars fought by Mami and Kyoko are shown to be able to fly.
  • Ice Generation: A witch which Kyoko fights is noted for using ice against her.
  • Liquid Transfiguration: The Pin and Pincushion witches attack victims by having one of them liquify its prey and the other transforms those liquified by her older sister into nectar.
