Magia Record Stage Play
Stage Play: Magia Record Puella Magi Madoka Magica Side Story (舞台「マギアレコード 魔法少女まどか☆マギカ外伝」 Butai "Magia Rekoodo Mahou Shoujo Madoka ☆ Magika Gaiden) is a stage play based on the mobile game Magia Record. The stage play ran from August 24th, 2018 to September 9th, 2018, and later received an official BluRay and DVD recording on February 27th, 2019. Most of the actresses for Magical Girls were members of the idol group Keyakizaka46 (欅坂46). The stage play is a musical.
The stage play's story is based on Magia Record's Arc 1's first half, up to around Chapter 5, though some alterations were made, most notably most events of Chapter 2 were skipped and the characters of Kaede Akino, Momoko Togame, Rena Minami, Touka Satomi, Nemu Hiiragi and Alina Gray were omitted.

Trivia
- Kyoko Sakura's actress, Kyoko Saito, celebrated her 21st birthday during the stage play's run, on September 5th.
- One of the songs introduced in the stage play was later re-used in the anime, namely 10 Times the Points (ポイント10倍 Pointo Juubai).
- In the stage play, Yachiyo Nanami sings it along with the ensemble of unnamed characters, however in the anime, the song simply plays in the supermarket in the background as Yachiyo shops around with Iroha and Tsuruno, without anyone breaking out into song (nor the characters' VA being the ones to sing it - the anime version is credited to 10 Points Girls).
