Story
Iroha Tamaki reflects on her life. In a world where she did not fit in, she made her sister, her sister's friends, and the hospital the center of it. After coming to Kamihama and meeting everyone at Mikazuki Villa, she grew stronger. She still cannot believe it all started with a wish.
Iroha senses a Witch nearby and goes to fight it. She wonders what she wished for and whether her wish came true. She is a solo Magical Girl in Takarazaki, often fighting with another girl or exchanging information. She considers asking to team up but lacks courage. The other girl mentions a rumor about something happening in Kamihama City. Iroha decides to go there, hoping to find answers about her lost memories and forgotten wish.
The next day, Iroha arrives in Kamihama. She is lost about where to start. Karin Misono finds her outside a maid cafe and mistakes her for wanting to enter. Karin drags her inside. The cafe manager assumes they are sisters and gives them a discount. Iroha tries to correct the misunderstanding later but does not get the chance.
Karin gives Iroha a tour of Kamihama. They visit Sakae Ward, Mizuna Ward, Sankyo Ward, and Hokuyo Ward. The tour seems random, with Karin showing places she knows rather than notable landmarks. At Hokuyo Ward, Iroha feels a strange familiarity. She knows where the hospital is without being told. The feeling stirs something in her chest—painful yet warm, as if she has walked this street before to see someone.
At a bakery, Iroha cleans food off Karin's face. Karin says Iroha does it so naturally, almost like a real sister. Iroha thinks about how there is someone else she wanted to walk around the city with, but she cannot remember who.
Later, Karin falls asleep on Iroha's shoulder. The cafe manager from earlier finds them. Iroha explains they are not sisters and offers to repay the discount. The manager refuses and says Iroha has the makings of a big sister. Iroha says she does not have siblings, but when she is with Karin, she feels like she used to care for someone like this.
After saying goodbye to Karin, Iroha heads home. It begins to rain. She sees a small creature that looks like Kyubey but smaller. She chases it, feeling a tightness in her chest and a wave of déjà vu. She wants to hold it but knows it will disappear if she touches it. The creature vanishes. A message arrives on her phone, but she does not read it. That night, she dreams of a girl she cannot identify.
Several days later, Iroha continues having the same dream. She returns to Kamihama and sees the small Kyubey again. She hugs it, and a flood of memories returns. She remembers her forgotten wish: to cure her little sister Ui. She remembers Ui was weak and in the hospital for a long time. Iroha realizes she has been acting like a big sister without knowing it. She vows to find Ui. She is Ui's one and only precious little sister.
