The Case Files of the Coordinator 3: Cozy Cosmology is a Memspark Unlock Event in Puella Magi Madoka Magica Magia Exedra. It was released on June 26th 2025, alongside the release of 
Neo Genesis and 
My Creations, it was available until July 16th.
Story
On a busy morning, Mitama Yakumo adjusts many Magical Girls in a row, not even remembering the exact order. A package is delivered to her door early in the day, but she is too busy to fetch it. That evening, after finishing her last adjustment, Mitama remembers the package and opens it. She hears a voice detailing the Uwasa of the Miniature Dollhouse. The landscape distorts and Mitama loses consciousness.
Mitama finds herself in an old building looking exactly like the dollhouse in the package. The sky is bright blue, though it was evening in reality. She realizes she has been trapped inside a space created by a Rumor and a giant meow echoes from above, sounding like Doyle but is not him. She finds a book titled “Screenplay (draft version)” which glows when she opens it. The escape conditions appear: “Finish all episodes and beat the Dreamer’s challenge.”
Episode 1: Mitama becomes a trainee teacher at Kamihama City University Affiliated School where Mifuyu Azusa is a fellow teacher. The students are preparing for a choir competition, but Rena Minami had run away from the soprano solo. Mitama helps Momoko Togame find Rena on the rooftop, where Rena admits she is scared. Momoko suggests a duet, but then Kaede Akino then says she might quit the choir because she works at a flower shop and cannot miss shifts. Mitama remembers the hint “Concession to the Spy” and offers to take Kaede’s shifts. Kaede agrees and Rena agrees to the duet. The episode ends and the screenplay glows again.
Episode 2: Mitama becomes a member of the “Alien Investigators” with Ashley Taylor, Karin Misono, Riko Chiaki, Kako Natsume, and Kush Irina. They search for “Red Eye” at an old rail yard and a boulder falls, but Kush stops it with psychokinesis and reveals she is an artificial life form (Doll) created by the Doll Master. She explains she needs cherry tomatoes to stay awake and Mitama remembers the hint “Doll Master of the North.” Kush takes them to the Satomi Medical Center, where Mitama goes to the top floor alone and finds Touka Satomi. Mitama accuses her of being the Dreamer, though Touka denies it. She says she is only playing the role of Doll Master and explains that the Rumor traps victims and one becomes the Dreamer. The episode ends.
Mitama recalls that every Magical Girl in Episodes 1 and 2 visited her shop today and the dollhouse had been outside all day. She concludes that all those girls are also trapped inside the dollhouse.
Episode 3: Mitama is now working at the Blossom flower shop, as promised in Episode 1. Konomi Haruna is the owner and Kokoro Awane and Masara Kagami are regulars. Kokoro remembers a sunflower field she saw as a child but cannot find it again, so the group searches the Hokuyo Ward forest. There, they meet Himika Mao and Kanagi Izumi, who are picking up trash and Kanagi telepathically tells Mitama she knows they are in a Rumor world. They find a waterfall and as the hint says “Behind the Waterfall,” they walk through and discover a hidden sunflower field. Kokoro’s memory is verified as real and the episode ends.
After Episode 3, Mitama and Kanagi are transported to a final room where Nemu Hiiragi awaits. Mitama assumes Nemu is the Dreamer but Nemu says she is not. Nemu explains that four Magical Girls were present when the package was opened: Mitama, Kanagi, Touka, and Nemu herself. All the other characters are fake cast members created by the Dreamer who is Mitama herself. Nemu explains the escape conditions were set by Mitama’s unconscious mind and they require her to discover all the hints and mysteries across the three episodes. The three episodes are actually a single sci-fi story about first contact with intelligent plants and the fake versions of Kaede, Kako, and Konomi are plant spies, while Nemu is the queen of the plant kingdom.
Nemu continues that Mitama failed to see the deeper story and this is her second failed attempt. Each failure resets her memory and sends her back to the start of the episodes. The Rumor also erases an important connection from each trapped person, so Mitama has forgotten something, but she does not know what.
Mitama opens the screenplay again and soon, a memory floods back. She remembers her sister Mikage Yakumo, who she'd forgotten about entirely. She now knows why she must return to the real world.
Following that, after several more attempts, Mitama manages to escape from the Rumor of the Miniature Dollhouse world, by eventually discovering the hidden sci-fi plot and all the hints. The other three Magical Girls forget everything that happened inside, but Mitama remembers everything. She returns to her shop and Doyle is there, seemingly worried.
Mitama thinks about Mikage and how terrifying it was to forget someone so important. She also reflects on the Wings of the Magius and questions whether she can stay neutral much longer.
