Magia Exedra Event - The Rumored Temp Counselor
The Rumored Temp Counselor (ウワサのあの子は臨時相談員!?) is a Memspark Unlock Event in Puella Magi Madoka Magica Magia Exedra. It was released on September 8th 2025, alongside the release of 
A Tale of Cherry Blossoms, and was available until September 22th.
Story
Sakurako, the Uwasa of the Eternal Sakura, comes to Emily's Counselling Center accompanied by Hinano Miyako. Sakurako explains that she is 0 years old but appears 17, and that she was born as a formless story. Nemu Hiiragi gave her life and later invited her to live as a human named Sakurako Hiiragi and she connected to a server to download common sense. She now attends Minaminagi Liberty Academy as Hinano’s junior and she can fight Witches because Nemu gave her magic. She wants to learn about human society and to achive that, Emiri Kisaki makes her a temporary counselor.
On her first consultation, a high school girl struggles with whether to go to university or pursue her dream of becoming a dyer. Sakurako checks her server data and advises university first, because dyeing involves chemistry and other subjects. The girl accepts the advice.
Sakurako explains to Emiri why she needs to learn common sense. At Mikazuki Villa, she once tried to attack a stranger who bumped into Ui, and Yachiyo and Iroha lectured her. Later, she ran away from school because she was bored and missed Iroha. That was when she met Ryo Midori and became friends. Hinano told her school would be more fun with friends.
Over several days, Sakurako counsels more people. She tells a student to set smaller study goals, advises someone in a love dispute to apologize and explain their feelings and she encourages a nervous junior to have confidence. However, she relies on server data for each answer.
Sakurako soon becomes bored listening to strangers and wants to be with Iroha, Ui, Nemu, and Touka instead. She hides this because she knows quitting would be wrong and that Hinano and the others support her as a counselor, so she continues.
One day, Touka notifies the others that she has five tickets to Minagi Land for herself, Nemu, Ui, Iroha, and Sakurako, however the date is the same day Sakurako promised to go shopping with Hinano’s group. Sakurako wants to go to the theme park, but she tells Iroha she cannot go because she made a prior commitment and she decides to keep her promise to the counseling group.
On the planned day, Sakurako shops with Hinano, Emiri, Rika, Ren, and Akira. She tries to focus, but she keeps thinking about Iroha and the others at the amusement park and appears distracted. Her friends end the trip early and Sakurako apologizes.
The next day, Sakurako goes to the counseling room when no one is there. A student arrives for a consultation and asks if it is bad to show favoritism to old friends over new ones. Sakurako means to say “treat everyone equally” but instead says “It’s normal to prioritize those most important to you.” The student is relieved and thanks her, but whe Hinano arrives, she sees Sakurako upset.
Hinano explains to her that the group split up to find out why Sakurako was acting strange and Emiri learned from Iroha that the Mikazuki group went to the theme park. Sakurako admits she wanted to go with them but kept her commitment. Hinano explains that common sense is not about strict rules and that it is meant to help people share time without causing pain. If following common sense makes Sakurako suffer, she should value her own feelings too. She could have simply asked the group to change the date.
Sakurako understands. She decides to quit the counseling room so she can experience new places and things. She has grown and learned and says she will still visit because everyone is still her friend.
Sakurako prepares desserts and tea in the counseling room. She invites everyone to thank them and apologize for the shopping trip and explains she made everything herself based on data. The group is impressed and Sakurako tells Hinano she will be her go‑to support system for balancing feelings and common sense. Hinano jokingly asks if this is a bribe, but Sakurako says it is an upfront investment.
