Magia Exedra Event - A Taste of Hospitality
A Taste of Hospitality is a Memspark Unlock Event in Puella Magi Madoka Magica Magia Exedra. It was released on October 9th 2025, alongside the release of 
Structure Destruction, and was available until October 23rd.
Story
Riko Chiaki and Ashley Taylor help Mitama Yakumo film a video about her Coordinator services, whre she explains that she adjusts Soul Gems to draw out hidden potential, that she sees memories during adjustments but keeps them confidential, and that she also sells items for Magical Girls. As payment for the video, Riko gives Mitama an origami dog (Mameji) and Ashley gives her blue candy from her home, both of which Mitama puts in a box.
Over time, Mitama receives many gifts from Magical Girls, including Kokoro, Reira, Mito, Felicia, Ayame, Kako, Yachiyo, Karin, Himika, Rika and Emiri, the last of whom says that when people share their favorite things, it means they want to share what they love with Mitama.
Mitama hums happily, which Momoko and Kanagi notice and feel a bad omen. Mitama announces that she wants to share what she loves with everyone and that she plans a party with food that she will cook. She asks Momoko and Kanagi to help.
Kanagi says Mitama’s own sister calls her cooking “hellish” and Momoko recalls she has suffered from it too. Mitama offers them homemade candy and after Kanagi tries one, she finds it too intense for kids. Mitama had also attempted a new dish for Momoko, which looked like Edvard Munch’s “The Scream,” however she noted it tasted better than usual, yet Momoko heard strange things for days afterward. Momoko and Kanagi agree that Mitama’s intentions are good but her methods are dangerous, so they decide they must stop Mitama from cooking to prevent a mass food poisoning scandal.
Mitama shows them a party plan with a buffet, quiz contest, and mini games. The menu includes potato salad, paella, and other dishes. Kanagi looks at the ingredient list and falls over in shock and Momoko also feels sick. They go to pick prizes first, then they shop for ingredients. Mitama loads the basket with many vegetables for the potato salad, and she plans to use avocado and tofu instead of mayonnaise to be healthier. Kanagi asks her to leave out yams due to potential allergies, and Mitama then picks up hand cream to add fragrance to a dish. Kanagi reminds Mitama of the time she used paint as food coloring and Mitama puts the hand cream back.
Mitama cooks a test potato salad which ends up glowing. Momoko and Kanagi taste it; the tubers are overwhelming, but it does not make them pass out. Next is paella, which smells of vanilla extract and tastes extremely bitter. Mitama then serves acqua pazza (with canned beef) and rice omelet with Hamburg steak (with sashimi dusted with soybean flour). Momoko and Kanagi conclude the party will indeed be a living hell if Mitama cooks.
They decide to secretly cook all the food themselves, recreating Mitama’s menu with edible ingredients. They recruit Rena and Kaede to test the food and Rena accidentally lets slip that Momoko is with Kanagi. Rena and Kaede realize Mitama can see their memories during an adjustment and flee. Mitama reflects on her past, where she was betrayed by a close friend after transferring from East to West Kamihama, but how even then, Kanagi believed her, and Momoko has always been kind. Mitama wants to trust them, but her old doubts surface.
On the day of the party, Momoko and Kanagi ask Mitama to let them handle the cooking while she sets up the venue and games. Mitama agrees but feels anxious. She overhears them talking about a cake she secretly baked and hid in the fridge. They also say they need to “dispose of it in secret,” which Mitama misinterprets as a betrayal.
Mitama confronts them, asking why they want to throw out her cake. Momoko admits they do not want the other girls to eat Mitama’s food and that they wanted to eat it themselves to spare everyone. Mitama misunderstands this as jealousy and Momoko and Kanagi go along with the misunderstanding rather than hurt Mitama’s feelings. Mitama forgives them and warns them not to sneak her food again. She says they will get a reward if they work hard.
Momoko and Kanagi cook all the food for the party. The dishes look strange (the potato salad glows because of ice cube lights), but they taste delicious. The guests are hesitant at first, but after Rena tries it and declares it good, everyone else follows. The party is a success.
After the party, Momoko and Kanagi stay to clean up and Mitama thanks them. She reveals their reward: a private meal made from leftover ingredients, just for the three of them as thanks for their hard work. They join hands and eat together.
