The Puella Magi Diarium is a book containing biographical profiles of the Magical Girls of Kamihama. Compiled after the events of Arc 2 and the global implementation of the Doppel System, it serves as a record of the girls' lives, aspirations, and futures.
Overview
The Puella Magi Diarium is a direct continuation of Kagome Satori's mission to document and reveal the truth about Magical Girls. Unlike her personal Interview Records, which were raw, first-person transcripts of her conversations, the Diarium is a third-person, biographical narrative.
The book details the lives of numerous Magical Girls, focusing on their personal growth, future dreams, and current activities in a world where they no longer have to fear becoming Witches. It is likely to have been authored by Kagome with the help of Tasuke Satomi, or by the Rumor of the Wind Evangelist herself, however it is also possible that the entries seen during the credits of Arc 2 are simply meant to be a non-diegetic epilogue meant for the audience.
