Prologue

Iroha and Ui discuss the collection of records of magical girls from the past, as well as the strain it places on Touka and Nemu. As they continue their work, Iroha suddenly collapses after returning from her sixth trip to the past, destabilizing her existence due to the workaround of keeping her soul in the present while acting in the past. This collapse threatens the Automatic Purification System, which relies on Iroha's existence. Kagome reflects that the system came at the cost of Iroha’s soul being eroded, along with Ui, Touka, Nemu, and others who worked together to save everyone. Yachiyo and Kagome discover issues with the system malfunctioning, leading them to Sakurako, who reveals that the problem lies within the Rumor of the Eternal Sakura. Nemu appears and explains the situation, detailing how Iroha's soul gem was connected to the purification system and how a Soul Dome was used to allow her to travel through time. As her existence has become unstable, the task now falls to the magical girls of Kamihama to retrieve fragments of Iroha's concept from the six eras she visited.

Chapter 1

A group of magical girls gathers to address the crisis. They discuss the possibility of altering the past to prevent Iroha's collapse but decide against it due to risks of paradoxes. Instead, they focus on destroying the mirrors used for time travel, which would reset Iroha's state without altering history. Nemu confirms that breaking the mirrors is too risky, as it could influence the present without confirmation. Yachiyo suggests that all present magical girls contribute their magic to sustain the purification system until those in the past return. The coordinators offer their support as well, using grief seeds to maintain them.

Chapter 2

The strain of preserving Iroha's body proves more demanding than anticipated, with even the skilled coordinators struggling to sustain the effort. Yachiyo considers an alternative approach, recalling a feeling of Iroha's presence among the gathered magical girls. She proposes that the collective presence of the girls Iroha sacrificed herself to save might recover her concept. Despite hopes, Nemu confirms no recovery signs in the present, only confirming portions recovered from the past. Livia mentions investigating Mikoto, who resides within Iroha.

Chapter 3

Kagome is assigned by Nemu to use her unique magic to extract information from Mikoto's book about her relationship with Iroha. When attempting to open the book, Kagome is rejected, as Sena's reluctant to communicate with anyone other than Alina and Iroha. Kagome uses her information-gathering ability to delve into the book and, inside, she encounters a record of Mikoto, who assures her innocence in Iroha's collapse and reveals her belief in Iroha's promise to save magical girls across time. Mikoto warns of a witch nearby that nobody's noticed may be to blame.

Chapter 4

Yachiyo leads a group to the Rumor of the Eternal Sakura, where Kagome reveals a witch had entered the Rumor. After the coordinators attempt to detect it, they defeat one of 10^-43's familiars, which carried fragments of Iroha's concept. The coordinators speculate that since pieces of those familiars where used by coordinators to empower the magical girls, they'd become blind to the presence of this particular witch.

Chapter 5

The group learns from Mikoto that the defeated familiar belongs to an ancient witch capable of creating offshoots and controlling them across time. This witch has existed since ancient times, rooted beneath Mizuna Castle since the Sengoku period, devouring other witches for power. Yachiyo calls for reinforcements and sets out to confront the witch, accompanied by Sakurako representing Nemu. Upon defeating the witch, they confirm the return of Iroha's concept, though not immediately evident.

Chapter 6

Iroha's concept returns, marked by a bright magical reaction. The other groups return from the past, reporting their successful retrieval missions and Iroha is able to reappear, thanking everyone for their efforts. However, Iroha and Yachiyo are enveloped by 10^-43's barrier, which disables the entire purification system.
